Privacy policy

The public demonstration uses synthetic records. Real dealership customer data is not authorized until the production security gates are complete.

When enabled under a dealership agreement, the service is designed to process minimized CRM identifiers, vehicle preferences, salesperson ownership, consent state, inventory information, and workflow audit events. Raw financing, credit, payment, government-identity, and driver-license information is prohibited.

Data is used to identify explainable inventory matches, create manager reports, assign follow-up, protect the service, and measure approved outcomes. We do not sell customer information.

Production storage, subprocessors, retention periods, deletion, access requests, and opt-out procedures must be documented in the applicable dealership agreement before live data is enabled. Essential cookies support authenticated operation; optional analytics require consent.
