Terms of service

Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and the applicable dealership agreement. The public demonstration is illustrative and uses synthetic records.

The service supports inventory-to-customer matching, manager review, assignments, reports, and approved follow-up workflows. It does not guarantee customer interest, appointments, sales, inventory availability, or regulatory compliance.

Users must have authority to access dealership systems and data, must not upload prohibited identity or financial information, and must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unauthorized communications.

Inventory Match Alerts and its original materials remain protected intellectual property. The service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, and liability is limited by the applicable agreement.
